7 Days Exclusive Traveler’s Adventure Kenya Safari: details

Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi – Meet greet & briefing – Transfer to Samburu National Park – game & O/nt.  

An early arrival or be picked from your hotel in Nairobi, by road we will drive to Samburu Game Reserve located in the Northern Frontier District, arriving for lunch at Ashnil Samburu Camp which is located in a rugged landscape against a backdrop of jagged mountains, this park offers a natural scenery of mountains and a meandering river, this makes it easy for animal sporting as they come to drink water.

Relax and in the afternoon a game drive in the expansive Samburu Game Reserve is done. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 2 of the 7 Days Exclusive Traveler’s Adventure Kenya Safari: Early start – Full day activities – game drive and Culture – Samburu National Park – overnight

After breakfast, the rest of the day will be dedicated to an adventurous Samburu Game Reserve in search for game.

Samburu is a host to big herds of elephant, other unique wildlife species are also very commonly sighted in this part of the wilderness.

The Uaso Nyiro River is a great point of concentration and interest to both visitors and wildlife. It forms the lifeline of this great reserve and most animals cannot keep away from it as they come to water from the river. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 3: Early morning start – transfer to – Aberdare National Reserve – Full day activities – Dinner & over night 

Early morning breakfast, drive back towards Mount Kenya and head to the Aberdares Ranges arriving at Aberdare Country Club for lunch.

Later in the afternoon you will be transferred to The Ark Forest Lodge for overnight game viewing.

The Ark is nestled deep in the forests of Aberdares National Park on the path of an ancient elephant migratory route between the Aberdares Mountains and Mount Kenya and is strategically located right in front of a watering hole and salt lick.

The forest is a home to many wildlife species including elephant, rhino, warthog, bush pig, giant forest hog, waterbuck, duiker, bongo and reedbuck. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4 of the 7 Days Exclusive Traveler’s Adventure Kenya Safari: Early start – Great Rift Valley – Transfer to Nakuru National Park – Full day game activities – overnight

We will have our breakfast at The Ark. Then drive to the Great Rift Valley arriving for lunch at Flamingo Hill Camp which is located inside Lake Nakuru National Park.

Later proceed for an afternoon game drive in this world-famous wildlife habitat, offering a wide ecological diversity, ranging from the lakeshore, woodlands, Savannah plains to rocky escarpments and ridges. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 5: Early start – game – Transfer to Maasai Mara National Park – game – overnight

After our breakfast, we will depart from the Great Rift Valley as we head out to Maasai Mara, which is world-famous and Kenya’s premier game reserve arriving for lunch at Ilkeliani Tented Camp which is nestled in a river glade in an area where elephants love to come and drink from the Talek River.

After a warm welcome and a delightful lunch, embark on a game drive with your driver-guide in the Mara, the ancestral home to the Maasai people. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 6: Early start – breakfast – Maasai Mara – Full day game – Lunch/Dinner – overnight

The whole day will be dedicated to enjoying game drives in the Mara, this will include a visit to the Mara River where thousands of wildebeest and zebra are attacked by crocodiles as they attempt to cross this mighty river during the annual migration between Tanzania and Kenya.

The annual migration sees over a million wild animals move from Serengeti National Park in Northern Tanzania to Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 7: Breakfast, start off for Nairobi (City), depending on your time of departure, you will have a city highlights – Drop off to the Airport for departure on time.

An early morning game drive then have breakfast, thereafter drive back to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon. You will be dropped off either at your Nairobi Hotel or at the airport for your departure flight.

If staying in Nairobi, please request assistance at the time of booking this safari to allow us ample time to make arrangements.

If departing Nairobi the same night, please note’ both by use of charter flight or by road’ returns to Nairobi are always late morning (approximately 11h.00/12h00-by charter flight) or (approximately 16h00-road).
