5 Days Kenya Wildlife Adventure Safari: details

Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi – meet greet & briefing – visit OL Pejeta Wildlife – transfer – Aberdares

After the arrival, we will depart from Nairobi for OL Pejeta (Laikipia) Private Wildlife Conservancy arriving for lunch at Trout Tree Restaurant.

The whole afternoon will be dedicated to a game drive in OL Pejeta which comprises of grass plains, wood grassland and evergreen thicket.

The conservancy is set at the foothills of the Aberdares and the magnificent snow-capped Mount Kenya and boasts an astounding variety of animals including non-indigenous chimpanzees and endangered black and white rhino, leopard, elephant, buffalo & lion).

Visit Rhino and Chimpanzee Sanctuaries. Later in the afternoon depart for Aberdares National Park for overnight game viewing experience.

Day 2: Breakfast – transfer to Lake Nakuru NP – Overnight tented camp 

An early morning for breakfast, and after we will depart for Lake Nakuru National Park arriving for lunch at Flamingo Hill Camp which is located inside Lake Nakuru National Park.

This park is famous for the Black and white rhinos the park also has its fair share of Cape buffalo, African wild dog, zebra, eland, waterbuck and lion.

There has also been a high number of leopard sightings in recent years, and the rare Rothschild’s giraffe.

After lunch we will proceed for an afternoon game drive and view flamingo and thousands of water birds as well as other wildlife including the rare Rothschild Giraffe and tree climbing lions.

Day 3 of the 5 Days Kenya Wildlife Adventure Safari: Early morning start – transfer to – Maasai Mara NR – Evening game activities – over night 

Breakfast and depart for Maasai Mara Game Reserve, the most outstanding game reserve in Kenya and a home to all the “Big 5”.

After lunch it’s time for afternoon game drive to discover what this amazing sanctuary has to offer. We will return to the camp in the evening for our dinner and overnight

Day 4: Early start – transfer to – Maasai Mara NR – Full day game & Cultural activities – over night

An early start, breakfast and the rest of the day is dedicated to explorer the spectacular Maasai Mara Game Reserve with game drives.

The landscape here is scenic Savannah grassland on rolling hills with extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography.

A visit to Mara River where thousands of wildebeest and zebra are attacked by crocodiles as they attempt to cross this mighty river during the annual migration between Tanzania and Kenya is worth a dream come real. Later in the evening we will return to the camp for our dinner and overnight.

Day 5 of the 5 Days Kenya Wildlife Adventure Safari: Breakfast, start off for Nairobi (City), depending on your time of departure, you will have a city highlights – Drop off to the Airport for departure on time.

Early morning game drive. Breakfast and drive back to Nairobi arriving late afternoon. You will be dropped at your Nairobi hotel or at the airport for departure. (Optional charter flight by Aero link from Maasai Mara – price not included)

Note: This program requires arriving at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta Int. airport before breakfast morning approx. 06h00, to allow for a transfer/drive to Wilson airport for our scheduled flight to Aberdares Conservation area.

Overnight stay options:

If staying in Nairobi, please request assistance at the time of booking this Kenya safari to allow us ample time to make arrangements.

If departing Nairobi the same night, please note’ both by use of charter flight or by road’ returns to Nairobi are always late morning (approximately 11h.00/12h00-by charter flight) or (approximately 16h00-road), please DO NOT book flights departing prior to 16h00 or 22h00 respectively in order to allow time for security, check in and if any delays due to weather.
